Greg Johnson has over ten years of hands-on budgeting, problem solving,and project management experience.  Greg's past internal and external process auditing for ISO certification and quality compliance addressed a wide range of business processes across numerous disciplines.  Combined with extensive program experience, Greg has a unique perspective on how various business processes affect the overall operations.  The most notable cost-saving project addressed the reduction of recurring costs of a ~$2 billion naval construction program by 25% to support long term fleet acquisition needs.

Greg holds a Master of Business Administration from Union Graduate College and a Bachelor of Science in Electric Power Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.  Greg serves on the Board of Directors of the Albany-Tula Alliance, a non-profit group dedicated to building business, educational, and cultural relationships between the sister cities of Albany, NY and Tula, Russia.

Richard Sussman, KP'95 has over ten years experience in numerous leadership positions on complex projects.  Rich is a strategic planner with expertise in business development, strategic plan implementation, budgetary and financial preparation and administration, and resource management planning.  He has coordinated a variety of R&D projects with annual development budgets in excess of $100 million.

Richard holds a Master of Business Administration from Union Graduate College, a Master of Science in Electric Power Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and a Bachelor of Science in Marine Engineering Systems from the United States Merchant Marine Academy.  Richard is also a Lieutenant Commander in the United States Navy Reserve and was recently nominated for Junior Officer of the Year.
